What is 1OFF?

We are a store with a unique concept, we carefully select some of the best streetwear and hype brands to represent in our store. We are constantly involved with our community to bring streetwear fashion and sport together.

We operate on a consignment basis as well as a buy/sell basis. 

Consignment means individuals can bring their products for us to sell on their behalf. Once we authenticate these products, we then sell them through our platforms and take a small commission on the selling price. We are always accepting new consignors. We also buy products directly from individuals. if you are looking to sell directly to us, please contact us.

Are your items authentic?

Every product that comes into our store undergoes a strict authentication process by our team. This is to ensure that every item is 100% authentic and its condition is as described.

Are your items brand new?

All of the items for sale on our online store are in brand new condition. We do sell pre-owned items at our physical stores. In the event that an online item is not available in brand new condition, we will notify you and show you its condition before fulfilling your order.

How do you determine the price of your products? We mostly work on a consignment basis, so the prices are determined by the consignors based on the current market prices. We work with the consignors to advise them and help price the product competitively.

Why was my order cancelled?

As our stock often moves quickly, your order may be cancelled if one or more item(s) become unavailable. If this is the case, we will notify you and issue a refund for the full order amount.

What is your return/refund policy?

All sales are final. As we mostly work on a consignment basis, we are not able to offer returns or refunds unless you have received an item that is not as described. If that is the case, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

AUSPost Standard shipping cost is $10 for WA and $15 for the rest of Australia. 

Express shipping is $20 for WA and $25 for the rest of Australia. 

I have placed an order online, when will it ship?

We aim to ship all online order within 3 – 5 business days.

If you haven’t received shipping confirmation, please contact us.

How long does shipping take?

We currently ship all online orders through Australia Post, therefore shipping time is based on their estimates.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer shipping to most countries. For international customers, please be mindful of your country’s import taxes when placing an order. All duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not include international taxes in the purchase price at this time.

If i select IN STORE PICKUP, can i collect my order straight away at any of your locations?

No, our inventory is split across our two Perth locations. If you select IN STORE PICKUP please wait for our email indicating where your purchase is available for collection.
